The best cafeterias in Barcelona at the neighborhood of Gracia
La Grangeta de Goya – Forn de Pa
Street Torrent de L’ Olla 90
Monday to Friday – 6am to 9pm. Saturday – 6am to 3pm
La Grangeta de Goya is one of the first coffee shops and bakeries in the neighborhood of Gracia and thankfully it still maintains that traditional feeling that we love so much. If you are looking for a modern cafeteria with ostentatious decor, this is not your place, but if what you are looking for is the pleasure of a well served quality coffee, close and friendly treatment in the typical neighborhood cafeteria, then La Grangeta is your ideal stop.
The place was long ago only a bakery and it has over 100 years of age. In the last 15 years it became a cafeteria and its huge oven was transferred to the bakery of Forn Goya, located at Goya Street 14, place where all the products, croissants, baguettes, etc are made artisan 100%, without any frozen or pre cooked products. Our favorite product to go together with our delicious coffee is the chocolate ensaimada.

The Cafe Nelson was initially only a store to buy fresh roasted coffee, but the owners ingenious brought them to place a couple of high tables for those who wanted to try the coffee together with some pastries or cookies.
