The available payment options are:

• Credit or debit card: You can pay for your reservation with a credit or debit card.
• Bank transfer: You can pay for your reservation via bank transfer. Once we receive your online reservation, we will send you our bank details to make the transfer. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please leave a note in the comments of your reservation.
• PayPal: You can pay for your reservation through PayPal. We will send you our PayPal account details to make the transfer. If you wish to pay via PayPal, please leave a note in the comments of your reservation.
• Cryptocurrencies: You can pay for your reservation using cryptocurrencies. If you wish to pay with cryptocurrencies, please leave a note in the comments of your reservation.

The payment procedure depends on the type of rate you choose when making your reservation.

• Non-refundable rate bookings will be charged at the time of booking.
• Standard rate bookings:
• Apartments in Barcelona: The full amount will be charged 7 days before the arrival date.
• Large Traveller House Apartment in Barcelona: 25% will be charged at the time of booking, and the remaining balance 14 days before arrival.
• Coimpact Coliving Mallorca: A €400 deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be refunded at the end of the stay. 14 days before arrival, half of the first month's rent will be charged.
• Sevilla Suites: The full amount will be charged 3 days before the arrival date.
• Sevilla Hostel: The full amount will be charged 1 day before the arrival date.
• Lloret Suites: The full amount will be charged 1 day before the arrival date.

After these deadlines, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or modifications.

In Barcelona, our guests must pay the Barcelona Tourism Tax.

• In private apartments, the cost is €5.50 per person per night.
• Only guests over 16 years old are required to pay the tax, and it applies only to the first 7 nights for stays of less than 1 month.

In Seville, there is no tourist tax.

In Lloret de Mar, our guests must pay €0.99 per person per night as the Lloret Tourism Tax.

Cleaning Fees in Barcelona:

• Studio with Terrace = €25
• 3-Bedroom Apartment = €35
• Plaza Universidad = €35
• Rambla 48 = €35
• Traveller House (4-5 rooms occupancy) = €60
• Traveller House (6-8 rooms occupancy) = €75

In Barcelona:

• Private apartments require a €150 deposit.
• Traveller House requires a €300 deposit.

In Seville and Lloret de Mar:

• Suites require a €100 deposit per reserved room.
